Unable to Turn It On

1. Please check if the projector's indicator light is on when the power is turned on;
2. If not, please check if the connection cable is loose, change a new power cord or try it on a different outlet;
3. If the red light's on but still no image display, please unplug the power cord directly and power it on again, then follow the below steps to check if it can work.
4. After the red light is on, please wait for 10S and then click the power button to turn on the projector(try it on both the projector button and remote control).
5. Please check if the fan is working after turning on the projector； make sure the air outlet is not blocked.

Solution.

1. Send a new power cord, or if not in stock, refund to the customer for a new power supply based on the appropriate Amazon selling price, we can provide the specifications of the power supply.
2. If it still does not work with a new power supply cord, then provide a replacement.
