Make sure the soundbar has switched to the BT mode and the light is slow blinking;

Please check whether the Soundbar Bluetooth is connected by other devices, if so, please disconnect other devices' Bluetooth connection;

Clear the pairing list on your device and reset the Soundbar, then search it again. It’s best not to have more than 8 paired devices in the Bluetooth list.
