  2. Confirm whether the projector functions properly. If the problem does not affect the use, negotiate with the buyer to refund 10%-20% of the payment amount and keep the product;
  3. If the customer does not agree with the refund or the refund amount is lower than expectations, then relax to 20%-40% of the order amount.
